WordPress Users! Check out Dashter!

Build relationships from inside your WordPress site with Dashter!

Because I know what it’s like to be a busy mother, running a home, taking care of the children AND running a business, I’m always on the lookout for things that might make it all easier…

The other day I was very excited to come across Dashter which quite frankly, looks like a slice of magic to anyone who understands the power of social marketing to grow your business!
If you have a WordPress site I’d highly recommend you check this out because it looks fabulous! Let me give you a quick rundown of the features:
This is a social media management platform that is built directly into your WordPress admin panel. With Dashter, you can connect Twitter to your site and transform your blog into a connection/relationship building/uber engagement powerhouse in a jiffy!
You pay $95 (around £60) for it but that’s it. There are no ongoing fees or charges so once you’ve got it it’s all yours!
Listen to (and Love) ‘em!

Post directly to Twitter from inside your WordPress site!

First of all you’ve got a feature called ‘Your Social Home’ and what this does is allows you to catch up on the latest tweets from anyone you follow on Twitter as well as being able to post tweets from inside your blog directly to Twitter (seriously cool!).

Now, we all know how important it is to LISTEN to what matters to your community when you’re building relationships with social marketing right?
Well, get this – Dashter is built around a powerful set of listening tools that are specifically designed to help you make the most of the time you spend on Twitter (I don’t know about you but to me, this sounds grreeaat!).
Dashter has a Social Stream system which means that you can anchor social search with your own blog content – what this means is that you can actually match real-time social conversations with your website’s content! WOW!
When you publish your content, it’s added to the Stream and Dashter then sets to work collecting any potentially relevant conversations so you can go in and start engaging with them!
Become an Uber Content Curator!

In her new (and fabulous) book “The New Relationship Marketing”, my mentor Mari Smith talks about becoming a content curator in order to deliver huge value to your online community.

Curate great content for your community!

With Dashter this looks like it could be easier than ever! It has built in content curation tools to help you get into conversation with your community, as well as helping you build original content in minutes too.
Its sounds really good doesn’t it? But I’m not finished yet! You also have a built in relationship manager which makes it really simple to build on your relationships with people on Twitter. You can quickly get a snapshot of anyone you want to, you can see who they’ve recently chatted to AND you can tie your content to their interests with Dashters Interests feature too! WOAH!
Oh and let’s not forget the scheduling system too! You can queue tweets and set them to run when your community is there and LISTENING! Dashter will even make sure there is ‘human’ activity going on from your Twitter account to ensure you are engaging! Dashter doesn’t allow you to become too automated! LOVE IT!
If you’re a keen social marketer (which I hope you are) with a WordPress site I’d recommend checking this out to see if it might help make your daily tasks easier and more enjoyable.
I’ll definitely be investing in Dashter myself and I’ll feed back to you to let you know how it’s all going!

If you’ve found this article useful I’d love it if you’d give me a +1 and share it with your friends!  And leave me a comment or come and say hi on Facebook, I LOVE hearing from you!
